We are doing everything to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your city, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

(No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 10 working days during the busy shopping season.

On orders above the value of Rs.10,000, we may request some advance payment. Customers will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. 

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Urban Decoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.

We do not ship furniture products to other countries. International shipping charges are Rs. 3000 for one product and Rs. 1000 for every additional product

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return & exchange. We will provide you with an exchange via post if:

• You have proof of purchase i.e. email or invoice sent with your order.
• You purchased the product in the last 7 days.
• The product is in its original condition with packaging and has not been washed, or used.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Urban Decoria.

• Due to the use of Studio lights in the shoot actual product color might slightly vary from the image and that product neither be exchanged nor refunded.
• Delivery Charges according to courier service will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.

For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund quilts, pillows, toppers, mattress protectors, and pillow protectors. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

An exchange will be promptly made if we have shipped you:

• a wrong product(s) or size (or)
• the product(s) was found damaged.
