Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Urban Decoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. We do not ship furniture products to other countries. International shipping charges are Rs. 3000 for one product and Rs. 1000 for every additional product

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return & exchange. We will process your return or exchange. if:

• You have proof of purchase i.e. email or invoice sent with your order.
• You purchased the product in the last 7 days.
• a wrong product(s) or size (or)
• the product(s) was found damaged.
• Unfortunately, For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund products that have been washed or used.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to Urban Decoria.

• Due to the use of Studio lights in the shoot actual product color might slightly vary from the image and that product neither be exchanged nor refunded.
• Delivery Charges according to courier service will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
